First, I am anti-fascist, as all Americans who believe in freedom should be. I've fought hard all of my life and will continue to do so, for freedom for all, elected or not.
I’ve been very poor, I’ve been a millionaire, I’ve been everything in between. I’ve successfully worked many blue collar to advanced technology jobs, from dish washing and owning my own business, to Senior Director of Innovation and New Technology
in a large molecular diagnostics company from which I retired. I did it all with a moral compass and without a degree, all while lifting those around me and contributing to society. I am now ready to leverage my extensive life and work experience to represent and help those in Georgia's 10th district, and to fight for all American people with full Representative clout.
If you are a Republican and had the sense and spine to leave MAGA, or have never associated with MAGA, I urge you to “hold your nose and vote for Democrats” in the midterm elections. You know we as a country are being pushed in the wrong direction by the current MAGA controlled U.S. President, Supreme Court, and Congress, all of which are ready to fleece America, take us to war, make us poorer, and take the rest of our freedoms away, leaving honest men few tools to change direction. Help the Democrats replace and fight MAGA, making room for moral and honest Republicans in the future, and allowing Republicans to take back the Republican party. Good people must all fight together.
The time for politics as usual is over, it is time for Democrats to leverage all available tools, and to be creative, aggressive, ruthless, and unrelenting in keeping the MAGA driven Republicans from further destroying our nation. It’s time we recognize that they don’t care about having a democratic republic and that they would be fine with an autocracy, a dictatorship, fascism, or any tyrannical government. Americans' freedom is on life support, but it’s not to late to remove the cancer if Democrats fight with everything available and a few moral and courageous Republicans join the battle.
Accountability. If elected, I will strive to hold those who are corrupt and criminal who are ripping our nation apart accountable, no exceptions. Sadly at this point Democrats and the few honest Republicans must fight fire with fire, and I will hold the Democrats accountable, and make sure they do everything in their power to take back this country from the extremely corrupt in government.
Pure capitalism won’t work, pure socialism won’t work, but both capitalism and socialism combined, with intelligent limitations set by congress, has worked, and can work again, to make this country strong and proud. The crony capitalism we have now has to be reeled in with anti-trust laws we already haveon the books, but which are not being enforced, and the cost of social programs, such as the military, has to be tempered wisely to efficiently provide security for all.
Healthcare: I am pro single-payer and think Medicare for all is a possibility.
Education: We need to do better.
Economics & Taxation: We need to reduce our debt, period. We also need to restructure taxes so that Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid remain solvent. And we have to smash the crony capitalism we have and restore a freer capitalism albeit with appropriate regulation.
Environment & Energy: Renewable energy and nuclear power have to be invested in, and strong environmental protection laws have to be in place to protect the citizenry from harm and to protect our national treasures from destruction.
Technology & AI: Most of those in congress are technology challenged, have no idea what we are up against with AI. I am versed in both and will lead the charge on guardrail legislation.
Housing & Urban Development: We will be seeing a housing crash, devastating to many, but on opportune time to reassess housing and development and adjust to boost affordable housing.
National Security & Defense: Our military must become more streamlined and efficient to address current military strategies we have not kept up with. We also must be more diligent in curbing foreign influence and propaganda addressing new technologies and methods used by those that wish us harm.
Criminal Justice & Law: Law and order has to be restored and reinforced, the U.S. Constitution has to be followed. Criminals in the current administration need to be held accountable.
Immigration: It is time to get immigration law straightened out allowing productive and honest immigrants a path to citizenship while keeping our borders secure.
